These blocks offer superior compressive strength compared to cement blocks and can be laid either vertically or horizontally. Their low water absorption (around 10%) results in reduced horizontal movement and less cracking. They are lighter with low porosity, which leads to reduced reversible moisture movement. The use of robot setting with process control ensures consistent quality and sizing, reduces mortar usage, and simplifies plastering. Additionally, modern mobile rotary kilns utilize a fraction of the embodied energy of traditional clay brick-making technology.
